“Harsh seasonal conditions” have damaged one of the two lanes at Grand Bend harbour’s River Road boat launch ramp.
The damage that left it unsafe, and in need of rebuilding, prompted the municipality’s community services department to seek proposals for a project that was not approved in this year’s budget.
